Something I read the other day set me to thinking….how that most of us rake the other fellow with a fine-toothed comb, but we are mighty easy on ourselves.

Like when he goes ahead and does something without being told….Well, he’s overstepping his bounds. But when I do the same — that’s initiative!

When the other fellow gives his side of the argument, he’s bull-headed. But when I do it, then I’m just being firm-like and of steady character.

When the other man does not do a certain task, he’s too lazy. But when it comes to me failing to do it ‘I’m just too busy!

Now, some of us couldn’t put up with what the preacher says agin’ such sins — except we figure that others need to hear it so much!
