(Which view is superior and which is like your church?)

1. Salaried staff pastors conducting ministry in the power of the Spirit.
2. The body taught by staff pastors so that ministries are done by each member exercising their gifts.
3. Numbers of persons developed by pastoral team, as spiritual leaders, to serve as elders and shepherds. Thus, the “staff pastors” are reproducing themselves by training others who can guide the whole body into a fruitful life of ministry.
